Amit turned a first-hand question about loneliness after retirement into an empathy-led AI companion concept for India's senior citizens. The working MVP supports Bengali and English voice-friendly interactions, care alerts, and a weekly family dashboard—designed to complement family care, not replace it.
Using a 3,000-ticket enterprise ITSM dataset and a natural-language instruction, Amit created a formula-driven dashboard with KPI cards, service-quality metrics, workload views, and operational charts.
